Using Have A Move

Have A Move helps customers compare and book UK removals services. We provide quote comparison and booking tools, while each move is fulfilled by an independent mover.

Quote accuracy and final pricing

Quotes are based on details supplied by customers and mover pricing rules. Final pricing can change if job scope, inventory, access, or timing changes. Movers must explain any changes clearly before work starts.

Bookings and cancellations

When a booking is placed, Have A Move records the request and status updates. Cancellation terms may differ by mover and service package. Customers should review each quote's cancellation terms before confirming.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate move details, disclose access restrictions, and upload representative photos where possible. Inaccurate or missing information can affect quote accuracy and booking outcomes.

Mover responsibilities

Movers must maintain accurate profile information, valid insurance documentation, and lawful operating status. Movers are responsible for service quality, staffing, transport, and compliance obligations.

Platform liability

Have A Move operates as a marketplace facilitator and is not the direct provider of removal services. Liability for move execution remains with the selected mover, subject to applicable law and agreed booking terms.

Support and disputes

If issues arise, customers and movers should raise a dispute through platform support. Have A Move may collect evidence, mediate communication, and apply marketplace moderation decisions where required.
